Do you have a special skill or interest that would would like to share with the community?

Get in touch with our Executive Director to submit a program proposal. A written proposal containing the following information is preferred:

Instructor Information: contact information, credentials, etc. Note: for instructors 18 years old and older a criminal records check will be required prior to the program start date.
Program Description: what will be taught, learning outcomes, duration, proposed dates, days and times, target age group, supplies required, payment expected (i.e. hourly wage, preparation time, supply costs).
Program Approval: Your proposal will be reviewed and, if approved, RTCSS will advertise the program and complete a contract outlining the terms re: program description, dates, times, payment, etc.
