Lil Gymnastics

Join us for fun while learning the basics of rhythmic gymnastics. You will learn leaping, tumbling and balancing. You will also be introduced to ribbons, balls and hoops.

Full hands on program, each day students will make two dishes to take home and share with mom and dad. New recipes are explored in each day.

Have you ever wondered how those cupcake fish look so real?  Learn basic techniques to decorate cupcakes in an artistic way!  Is it art?  Is it food?  Best of both worlds.

Little Einstein

Age 4-6 years

The perfect combination of science and art. Your little Einstein will have an opportunity to participate each week in an age appropriate science experiment, and make an art project in conjunction with the experiment.

Hatha Style Yoga class using postures (asana) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and encourage proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength, and calmness. Hatha Yoga classes are based on the classic and ancient practices with attention to alignment and the deeper layers of yoga. Some flow of movement and core work may be included. Suitable for all levels Bring yoga mat & water!
